TVB597 is a multi-purpose modulator that can be used with any desktop or notebook PC. Thanks to the innovative Teleview licensing model, it is possible to upgrade the TVB597 only through software update.

Streams can be played either:
- Directly from any PC having a USB connector
- Through an ASI or SMPTE-310M inputs

TVB597 is delivered by default with QAM (DVB-C Annex A/C) modulation

Output frequency is selectable in UHF or VHF ranges
Additional ASI output on TVB597 is available for monitoring purpose.
